Text of Complaint by Ravi Muniraju:

I was approached by Club Mahindra to take their membership on 31st Jan, 2019 and very same day I made a payment of Rs.33,840 through Credit Card. I signed the documents and I was assured that if I wish to cancel the membership with 10 days which they call it as free look / Cooling period I will get the refund with 30 days. After a long thought I made up my mind to cancel the membership and I wrote to the marketing manager on 1st Feb, 2019 and he asked me to forward the request to member relation. On 6th Feb I wrote to the member relation asking to cancel the membership (ID 2854488) and make the refund as per the agreed condition. 6th Feb falls within the cooling period and club mahindra intentionally delayed the process and took it up on 15th Feb. They confirmed that I will get the full refund however the refund will take 90 working days to process. No where in the application it is mentioned that it will take 90 working days. I have been chasing club mahindra for refund but they are not at all co-operative. I would like your intervention to get the refund processed as per the norms.
