I have purchased Club Mahindra’s Membership about 7-8 years back, since then I have been regularly paying their annual charges ( these charges are being charged over and above member ship fee, whether you avail their service or not) till the data I have paid almost 1.40 Lacs towards their yearly charges and rarely used their resorts since I never get booking on my desired dates. Last year i tried to book a resort after loging to my account i found that they have blocked my account without any reason and without informing me while i had paid their ANnual fee on time. They did not permit me to book any resort , I send so many emails , discussed with their phone banking officer but in-vain. After a very long time and so many communication they unblocked me , I am having 21 days balance in my account for these days I had already paid their annual fees , but now they are asking for payment of current years fee before allowing any booking. I requested them that since you have not allowed me to book a resort without any fault from my side then Why should I pay your annual charges for that particular year ? but they are not listening and asking for payment of fees for 2 years which comes around Rs 37000 /- . Paying these amount is totally worth less, since even after paying these amount you will not your booking on desired dates. I can get confirmed booking in any 4 star resort by paying this much of amount. As per my experience its fraud company and no body should fall in their trap,
