I had requested for refund for one of my order, which I received and without my knowledge it was withdrawal to some unknown PayTM number.
After asking for the reason, Club Factory is telling me that they had sent me an approval on number in my Account & Settings, and after getting approval they have done the transfer.
This is a complete fraud, I have never made an account on Club Factory and used Login using Facebook account, hence never put any phone number. Some 602****869 number is mentioned in Club Factory account – with asterisks and I myself is not allowed to view or edit that number in my own Account and Settings.
For any other communications, like refund is processed, I got the message on my number while only for Withdrawal they used some number which customer is not aware of and blaming us for the withdrawal.
This is a complete case of fraud and stealing of money from customer’s account to any random PayTM number which on calling is saying ‘Not in use’. I need my money back. They are just refunding and filling their own pockets with our money.
