Order no. SO224948691 has not been shipped it has been more than 20 days
I ordered on 15 dec 2019, expected delivery was on 1 jan 2020 but order has not been shipped. Total cost is rs 1925.
Not getting appropriate response on their customer care number and email id.
Please help.
