My order SO29019168679342 of Men’s Sport Leisure shoes via Club Factory Mobile App from Shasta Equity Traders Pvt. Ltd. was ordered on 27th June,2020 of INR 1365.00. It was to be delivered to Navi Mumbai at my address but despite tens of complaints done at mobile application of Club Factory, not even a single response has been received yet from Club Factory and they have not provided me any status of delivery and i have already paid the money via UPI at the time when I placed my order. It has now been nearly three months that I have not received any update nor my order of shoes. Every time i lodged a complaint, they display message in app that you will be responded within 3 business days, but there is not even a single response back in my mail from nearly 3 months. Before going to Consumer Forum, FIR and other legal ways of submitting my complaint, i wanted to convey you that kindly refund my money back to my account in original mode of payment or either supply me my shoes within few days less than half a month or i would have to go to other legal ways of recovering my money back from you to the highest level of escalation and excursion. I have been waiting from months for my shoes and now i am unable to bear this non-supportive fraud nuisance from your end. Please find my all details of Club Factory App account attached in mail and kindly do the needful at the earliest and confirm me the resolution which i am expecting from your end to cater to my complaint immediately.
