I have placed order from clubfactory which includes some imitation jewellery. The items were broken. So I have emailed for the return. They said they don’t need the broken items but will process the refund. It has been more than a month now, I am following up but didn’t receive any refund in my bank account. But 20 days back they have messaged me tgat refund is processed snd will becrefited in 3 business days. But no money is credited to my account yet. Also there are certain items which need to be returned but they are not taking sny action for thise also.Please help me to resolve the issue. Some around Rs2000 are stuck with them.
