Ordered smart watch on 3rd of Sep 2019. They promise to deliver by 11th of Sep 2019. They delivered on 22nd of sep after few calls and complains. They send a wrong product and dead. Raises a return req. pick date was maximum 28th of sep 2019. Called almost 10 times. Today is 8th of October 2019. Still no one came to pick. My money is stuck with them.
Every time when cal them they say we are escalating.
Kindly help. Its really frustrating for me.
