I have cancel my order then refund my amount.

I order wireless airphones but I receive blank packet.
i have not received my refund as yet after return your product so kindly refund my payment as soon as possible

1540340075220 This is the order number of my purchase from club factory. I returned the product because of the size issue. They say that the refund will come in my account in 8-10 working days but it has been already 15 days now. Forget about refund my returned product hasn’t been delivered back yet to the company. I want this matter closed as soon as possible otherwise I will have to go to Grahak Suraksha.
I have ordered wireless mouse and i have received the delivery on 27 sep 2018. But when i opened the package it was defective as it seems like a used or the product is damaged in commute. So i returned the item on 28 sep 2018 the very next day of delivery to the same delivery guy who came for pick up. But till now refund is not processed. When i called customer care they are saying we haven’t received the return yet. They are not even bothered to check with the delivery team. Its more than 14 days and I’m shocked to see the service level. WANT MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
(1540340115411) the Parcel has been picked up by Club Factory thru Delhivery.com courier and they were to refund the amount., within 7 days but its been more than a month and they are not refunding also when I called 9199105255 / 8877905043 / 8877025511 the club factory customer care., they say we will refund the amount right away we need to transfer to your account and they ask me the card no I said transfer to club factory ac they switch off the phone and when I agreed to give the card no he asked me the validity date then was aksing for cvv no which I said I cannot give as you are stealing my privacy of the card. he said if you need refund you will have to provide the CVV No and also you will need to give the OTP no so that they can process., so its a 100% clear case of fraud., they don’t want to refund but they wish to steal my privacy.
pls all be aware and safe guard your self as I know I have lost 1250 rupees and learnt the lesson all keep aware of it,
if there is some solution to it pls inform I shall be obliged and I have Call Record for evidence.

Club factory is fraud
Date: 9 Oct 2018 , I oder hand glouse and long A line dress but when I receive my parcel its in very bad condition very next day I I cancelled my parce after two day the delivery boy come and pick up that parce from my home and still I have not received my refund as yet after return your product when I call custumer care number he ask my debit card number when I give my debit card details then he told me that one otp number come in Ur mob plz provide that number to me when I provide that number then I have 1000 in my account its become nill, in my bank account no balance available so imidiately ask to that person, they very rudetly replay to me, he cut my phone, again I call to customers care number he never receive my call, clube factory its A froud online business side, can you plz refund my payment as soon as possible

I have orderred bag and ear studs paid through online payment it’s almost 25 days bt still I haven’t received and they are not receiving the customercare number. It’s a fraud company. I want to get my refund back
It’s been almost 20 days . I didn’t get my refund back. It’s still in transit for almost 10 days. Club Factory Customer service is also not that good. They try to tell the same thing. Poor service from them. Returned date was 25th Oct. Now it’s almost 25th November. But it’s still in transit. What’s happening with this Club Factory service.
