I applied for a loan of Rs. 1 Lakh on cloud wallet on 11th Feb 2023. But when the loan amt got verified they asked me to pay 5000 Rs as charges which will be refundable. After they charged me of Rs. 12,000. When I connected on whatsApp thorugh customer service they said you will have to pay 9800 Rs for Face ID verification. I paid 17000 Rs. Please take an action regarding this
