My product details are as below:

Order #VV-101-7645
I have purchase a product thru VeritasVogue online, and I have each proof with me in written, Now according to their policy replacement process should be 7 days after receiving parcel
So since last 10 days I was asking for replacement the product but I don’t received any single reply from their side, please help me with this issue.
