I’ve ordered a product from an Instagram page named The Wardrobe Cutelet on 4th June 2023. They were only accepting prepaid orders so I paid for the product which is worth 899. I also showed them payment details and they confirmed my order. My order was supposed to be delivered by 3-5 days but I wasn’t receiving any update on my order therefore I thought to reach out to them. When I texted them, I saw that I’ve been blocked. I also haven’t received any kind of shipping details. I’m attaching the screenshots and payment details in the file. Kindly help me out with my concern and take strict actions against this Business account.
