Hello sir,

I placed order worth Rs 3000 and paid on March 7th with a Surat based Cloths dealer. He did not send the shipment and told me that he sent the shipment but shipment was missing. Then he said after few days, Surat market is down so once open he will transfer the money back or send the shipment. He agreed to send the shipment in June after so much follow up. He said he sent the shipment 2 weeks ago. I told him to provide the tracking details after a week he gave me one tracking number Bluedart: AWB no:37424896806, but tracking is not available. I called to bluedart and found that only label generated but they did not hand over any package to bluedart yet This guy is playing with me by saying shipment was sent.
So, I would like to file online fraud complaint against this man. His mobile number is +91 7984231342.

Please take necessary action against this man.
