I have contacted to customer care for closure of flipcart paylater account..they simply closed the option of flipcart paylater service in app,but not closed in IDFC bank. I was just given details for KYC norms for purchasing products in app,but they said for flipcart plus members ,flipcart paylater service was free and not even told about personal loan opened by them in IDFC FIRST bank. I was using paylater option from 2019 but even I don’t know they opened as personal loan with my proofs.when I saw my CIBIL report then I came to know,they opened as personal OD Loan ac number 28700779. For period of 3 years and showing 1129 pending amount..I have said and mailed them my report and asked to close and they said wait for 50 days to reflect in cibil..but till date they are not even closed my account and simply saying we are closed. Service and wait for it..very neglected and they are not providing even any response for any query
