am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my repeated but unresolved request for closure of my ICICI Bank credit card ending with 7009.
I no longer find this credit card useful and therefore wish to permanently close the card and terminate all related services. However, despite multiple attempts to contact your customer care team and initiate the closure process, I have not received any proper response or resolution from your side.
This lack of support and delay in processing my request is causing unnecessary inconvenience and concern. I request the bank to take immediate action on the following:
Process the closure request for my credit card ending with 7009 at the earliest.
Confirm that there are no pending dues or hidden charges associated with the card.
Provide written confirmation once the card has been successfully closed.
Ensure that no annual fees, renewal charges, or penalties are applied during this delay caused by non-response from customer support.
I expect this matter to be resolved urgently. If the issue continues unresolved, I may be compelled to escalate the complaint to higher grievance authorities and banking ombudsman channels.
