I closed my phonepe wallet on 1st February 2023. As per their policy money should be credited to the source account within 9 to 10 days. I had a balance of rupees 10000 in my wallet but they’ve returned me only 5000 and they’re claiming that it’s my bank’s fault. Bank has not deposited money in my account. I don’t know what to do, where to go.
