Hi.
1xbet has cheated by giving accumulator bet as lost after it is clearly won.
Stake was of 3000rs and odds 6..016 and I was winning 18000rs approximately. Bet had all 6 matches as Goal Interval 86 to 90 min – No Goal and all odds were like 1.364 example and my all bets all six of them won as I saw them live on TV specially the bet match which they gaved as lost it was ‘ Bayern Leverkusen vs West Ham United where Leverkusen scored in 90+1 minutes which cant make my bet as lost because it is goal interval of 86 to 90 min No Goal so it doesn’t affect my bet and I clearly win.
Upon that when I tried to reach customer support they started dramas like May be I have put bet on score to be scored they didn’t even were bothered and I tried contacting them through email where they however responded saying 91st min goal also counted in 90min interval which is absolutely cheating and replying me saying see rule no 10.21 of 1xbet which doesn’t even apply for my bet of goal interval so I replied them saying to see rule no 10.25 of 1xbet which states clearly that goal intervals are to be count as given time even if goal scored after 90.00 seconds will be count as 91st minute. So this is clear cheating as crystal as clear.
