Every time I try to send complaint their system rejects with the reason email is not registered with us. To register your email contact 121 (paid). To get 121 for this takes very long. There is no simple process to register online or SMS. Atleast they should provide whatsapp facility if they are realy serious. My main complaint is about 4G speed on my prepaid phone numbers (6 numbers of my family) which welcome gives better than a dialup connection. While I am living only 150 meters from their tower without obstacles in very open area with low density population.
