I ordered a study table from Flipkart on 10th of October and it claims to have delivered the order on 25th October. I have been trying to contact and get a resolution for this issue since 30th October and i have been continuously enquiring about it. I have been told to wait 24-48 hours but the issue opened in the website is just marked as resolved and closed. I have also already paid for the order. This kept continuing until 9th of November and i called them to tell them that an action needs to be taken or atleast provide with refund and they started hanging up on me. Several times.
