Dear Sir/Ma’am

I have a Policy of STar Health Insurance Company Policy Number is P/231115/01/2022/002845

Baby Karnika Sinha was Admitted in Motherland Hospital Noida in May-2022 with a urinal infection related this at the time of admission i had shared all the details with Star Health Team and than after executive has to be visited in hospital and verify all of this things..
After the discharge baby i had all related original documents and reports submitted in Star Health Company office.. After 1 Month Company required Discharge Summary i also shared this in July.. After this company 4 times given mail for same document required i had shared every time but still we are facing issue in settlement of Claim..

Please Help me in this matter..
