I booked AIR INDIA EXPRESS CONNECTED FLIGHT through Goibibo on 8 May .The flight was on 20 May 2024 (2.05 pm) FROM (INDIRA GANDHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO CCJ), They cancelled the flight reason was operational problem and they informed it on 19 May (6.13 pm) ,they gave two option 1 St option to change the date (flight)and 2 second option was for refund ,thus I choosed 1 St option and once again booked on 21st May(12.55 pm) , On 20 May 3.52 pm they send a mail regarding cancellation.After wards we got an information regarding full refund or date change . This time I wanted another flight option but they said they are not sure about the flight status and atlast I choosed full refund. I got an email regarding refund initiated but I need compensation because this airline wasted my time they didn’t informed before 2- 3 weeks or either 48 hours before .Thus I have attached the copy of mail (cancellation of flight) which they had been send on 20 May 2024 at 3.52 pm
