Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue that has come to my attention while reviewing my CIBIL score through the ETMONEY app, which utilizes Experian’s services. It appears that my CIBIL score has been adversely affected by an unsecured loan of INR 100, attributed to Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd, with a start date of 15 April 2023. Now it’s showing an outstanding balance of INR 13270. I must clarify that I have not engaged in any financial transactions with the aforementioned company, nor have I consented to any such loan.
Upon further investigation, I have reason to believe that this may be part of a fraudulent scheme affecting numerous individuals. In light of this, I kindly request your guidance on how to proceed with closing this unauthorized loan and ensuring the removal of all associated records from my CIBIL history. This corrective action is crucial for restoring the accuracy of my credit score.
