I had a Flipkart Paylater service which I was using it frequently every month. Payment was always made one time before due date. Without my prior notice the services has been stopped no justification given and when I checked my credit score in September it reflect I have outstanding pending for Paylater service since January which in result started impacting my credit scores. Chased your customer service people but no response.
