DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I AM PRATANU GAYEN, I GET A LOAN FROM IDFC BANK WHICH IS FROM FLIPKART PAYLATER. SO THAT I USED THE CREDIT LIMIT OF 5500. AND I’M FAILED TO PAY MY EMI ON TIME SO THEY ARE DOWN MY CIBIL SCORE, OKAY ITS OK NO PROBLEM.BUT, AFTER THAT I CLEARED ALL MY OUTSTANDING ON AUGUST 2021. SO I THINK ITS A LONG TIME TO GET MY CIBIL UPDATE. BUT THEY CAN NOT PROCESS AND NOW HIGH MARK CIBIL IS TOO POOR. WHY SIR PLEASE HELP ME .
