This is regarding my CIBIL score issue with regards to my Airtel number: 7339555178. Please find the below email for your understanding.

Please note, In the month July 2018 I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9+ mobile through airtel app and I have been asked to pay my EMI for 24 months though mobile bill payment mode.

On every month, I am paying my bills without any delay and my previous bill also not showing that I don’t have any dues on this number.

Here is the actual problem started, I recently enquired with Exterran Credit Report department to know about my CIBIL score for my personal reason. I was wondering after I received my credit report. The report was showing that I have taken a Personal loan from Federal Bank for Rs-47946 and there was an overdue amount Rs-2326 was in pending in the month Aug 2018. Because of this overdue amount my CIBIL score went down.

After this I have contacted the Federal Bank Customer Care and explained the above details. FB says that there is a contract between Airtel vs FB. On every month Airtel will pay this EMI to FB and the same will be collected from me in the mode of postpaid bill payment. Also, FB says that there was one-month (Aug 2018) EMI amount (Rs-2326) which was pending from Airtel. I couldn’t able to track the pending details. I need to contact to Airtel for this issue and FB can’t help me out here.

Further, I have contacted Airtel customer care and I spoke to the Floor Supervisor and explained my issues. This is my initial reference # 2840525111. I have been asked to provide the CIBIL report which was showing the payment due against the FB. Please see the below screenshot and kindly help me out on this issue.

I have raised the above concern on 28th Nov and so far, I haven’t get any positive response from Airtel. Also, they used to say the concern team is working on this issue and get back to me within 24 hours. Please find the attached email communication for your reference.
