I have never taken loan from Aditya Birla, but it says there’s loan sanction of 35000rs in my name and over due amount too. It says it was sanctioned in 5 June 2023, but I have never received any email or any kind of communication from the CHAIRIDSPL. I have been trying to contact customer care of no use and this is decreasing my cibil score. I make it clear again i had no idea about this loan nor has it been ever bought my notice by the Aditya Birla now because of this my cibil score is going down and that’s resulting in my cibil score and the my loans being are rejected by other banks
