I have taken a personal loan from stashfin and i paid the whole amount with penalty back. Today i came to know that they have case against me and it’s suit file case. So that i cant get any loan from any bank and it may affect me in future also i tried to contact them and send mail also but no respond. How can i get rid of this case please help me or can i complainst against this company please guied me
