Text of Complaint by Nivas Shivaji Jadhav:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Nivas Shivaji Jadhav , residence at- 03, satish Niwas Chawl, Vaishetpada No. 01, Kurar Village Near Santoshimata Mandir,, Malad East, Mumbai 400097, Maharashtra.  do like to file a fraud case against GARVIT INNOVATIVE PROMOTERS LIMITED ( Bike Bot ) , PLOT NO-1 ,CHITI, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, GREATER NOIDA -203202, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA.

Company has given a plan of Rent Bike that upon one time investment of Rs. 62100/- ( Sixty two thousand one hundred only) they will pay back a monthly installment of Rs 9765/- ( Nine thousand six hundred twenty ) for one year under this plan.

 

Considering the plan, I have invested in  2 Rent Bike in the name myself from the date of 26-Nov-2018(ID No. 5504920) and  30-Nov-2018(ID No. 5229967) .

Based on plan company is supposed to start the monthly pay out by the month of Dec, 18. But company has not paid any monthly installment. Open complain Company has issued PDC for me as guaranty  in the month of November, 2019 amount of Rs. 126395/-(One Lakhs Twenty Six Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Five Only). i was deposit this PDC in ICICI  bank  Kandivali west dated 15/11/2019, But the PDC  was rejected by Bank with a reason “ACCOUNT BLOCKED”(situation covered in 21-25)  and informed  to me by a letter dated 20/11/2019 sended by ICICI Bank to us.

After that After that i sent a letter dated 02/12/2019 to the Directors of Company and 4 others, but all letter  returned with remarks ” Those Person is not living here and On on Letter this address is Wrong.

 

As now Owner and CEO of the Company is got arrested for fraud and cheating case, and till now company has not given any monthly payment, I do like to request you to please help me for recovering my invested amount.
