Text of Complaint by Rakesh J. Tiwari:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I Rakesh J. Tiwari, residence at- A/1203, Shree Niketan ,Near Laljipada Police Chowky, New Link Road, Kandivali (W.) Mumbai 400067, Maharashtra. do like to file a fraud case against GARVIT INNOVATIVE PROMOTERS LIMITED ( Bike Bot ) , PLOT NO-1 ,CHITI, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, GREATER NOIDA -203202, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. Company has given a plan of Rent Bike that upon one time investment of Rs. 310500/- (Three Laks & Five hundred only) they will pay back a monthly installment of Rs.58000/- ( Fifty Eight Thousand Only ) for one year under this plan. Considering the plan, I have invested in 5 Rent Bike in the name myself from the date of 29.11.2018 (ID No. 2064459, 8308808,9011475,3743148 & 6779113 )

Based on plan company is supposed to start the monthly pay out by the month of Dec, 18. But company has not paid any monthly installment. Company has totally failed to adhere the conditions contained in the online agreement. I have not received a single penny till yet & company has played mischief & fraud with me by violating the contract and commitment made with me for giving payment monthly on regular basis for one year.
As now Owner and CEO of the Company is got arrested for fraud and cheating case, and till now company has not given any monthly payment, I do like to request you to please help me for recovering my invested amount and take lawful action against the owner & authorized persons of the company.
