Took a 5yr domestic plan from CHIS in 2019. I took only 4 days reservation in 2021 Dec during a covid pandemic, he was given me the reservation because of nobody interested during travel in these days , But now once I requested the reservation for 2022 then he told me there is no booking available instead of 30 days prior information which is mandatory for Reservation. But once I forced then his customer care representative MR Mukesh/Kiran told me that if he/her will provide the reservation and meantime he offered me extension of 2years in my plan with additional 40000 rupees . I was denying this extension then he refused to provide me the reservation
Once I asked to provide me the active location to plan my tour then he give me 3 locations out of 41 (Which is mentioned there website) including Agra which is hardly 2 hours journey from delhi and manali which I was already taken last year.
So these frauds are not interested to provide me the location and knowing well only 1 year is left so I am not able to demand the booking after that. I send too many mail and going 2 times there offices as well but these people are not reverting satisfactory answer
And when I asked the legal advisor for details for taking legal action against them then these details also he is not providing

I would like to take legal action against CHIS for harassment/cheating and demand full refund.

Please let me know if any other CHIS customer is facing similar harassment from them. I would like to take legal action against them.
