On 27th June, 2023 I had ordered food from Zomato – A Paneer Quinoa bowl with Rice from Fresh Menu, mumbai however they delivered chicken items to me, which I had known after having the first bite. I instantly spit it out. This is totally unacceptable and unethical. When contacted the customer care, there was no proper resolution provided, which is even worse. You can see the same things in the images attached on how they first delivered the wrong things, unethical things and then blatantly denied support on chat and harassed the customer. This has deeply hurt my religious sentiments and left me in anger.
