Sir/Madam I will like to bring your attention on http://travolook.in. It is a money fraud scam posing as online travel booking agency. I booked ticket on 14th June 2022 (REF303451079,REF477427370) from Delhi to Vadodara, they cancelled the ticket from there side and told I will get the refund with 7-10 days but its been 1 year since I have not received refund. When called they are giving several excuses but not refunding my heard earned money. Also when I searched about this company, I came to know that they have cheated many people in the same way. Kindly take strict action and help people like us.
