Sun, 17 Sep – Mon, 18 Sep • 2 Rooms • 2 Adults & 2 Children

(Booked on 10 Sep, 2023)

Dear Sir/Mam

Regarding the above mentioned booking id, The hotel staff informed me that they have cancelled the booking as the amount that was paid was less than their charges.

For the same I have discussed with customer care representatives Yogita and Nitin. They have raised the issue and informed me that it will be resolved within six hours.

No response has been received from any officials of MMT. Supervisor Karisma did not give satisfactory resolution.

Floor manager failed to resolve the issue. Refund is not the solution for the query.

Strict action will be taken against the concerned. If you are not in a positon to provide satisfactory solution, then close the company to customer like us should not suffer in future.

Kindly book the same resort for next week for 23 to 24, September, 2023.
