Oyo Has Confirmed me the booking id M85Y0581 at property ID: HYD1521 (O Collection Banjara Hills) ) and paid the INR 1621, but the check in was denied by property manager (also informed me that all the rooms are fully booked) and when I contact Oyo customer care, then the Executive told us to shift another available property but no other property was available. So he told the refund of INR 1621 will be given. but the refund amount was not given and the confirmation from the Hotel is awaited.
