This is regarding my booking at Vyom boutique.
Booking ID- 230930209026 The hotel is denying any reservation with this booking ID and hence I am not able to check in.
The inconvenience and embarrassment which I had to face due to this can’t be expressed in words. I called customer care twice but they too failed to address the issue. Only option left with me is to raise this concern on consumer forum.
Didn’t expect this poor service from Flipkart.
