I have taken distributor ship of Surat Gujarat based multi Recharge Software company which is register in Name of Basilpe Recharge. It’s only 6 months I have start this business.
I have 134 Retailer to Whom I give service.
Suddenly on 3rd September 23 at 5:00pm Basilpe Recharge Application and Web Login got Disable for Distributor and Retailer. Regarding this we called Basilpe Customer care and he said me that our website has been Hacked or cyber attack.
They asked me wait till 2 days. After that they said we have losted all our data and we are trying to Recover the same. It will take 15 to 20 days to Recover and after that application will start again.
After 15 days they provide me Data on E mail which contents Wallet balance of Distributor and Retailer.
I reliazes that the wallet balance that they are showing are incorrect compare to Our Account/ Dairy we maintain. Every retailer complain that they had more balance compare to data that we received on Mail. We have Evidence to Proof that.
We Contacted Company Owner Kiran and inform him the same but he dines to Except our Proof and stand on his data as right.
Approx 2lac to 2.5 lac Wallet balance was wiped out from our Wallet balance.
BASILPE RECHARGE Company has deceived us and had stolen our money.
I request you to Take action against this company and help me to get my money back.
