I have given order thru shine summer online shopping web side for Mobile- Note 7 pro smart phone 6GB on 10.05.20 (Order No.SS7094) and I have done the payment by google pay.Rs.2999,but I got parcel thru XpressBees courier W/A-21/7C/209 of Keypad phone HXD 8110 BANANA on 22.05.20 instead of smart phone.
And I am trying reach with him by mail but mail ID return back to me.
They are cheating with people and we can assume they do the this activity in so many people.
So please look into it and help me out.

yes, but till date no reply from them.
