Text of Complaint by Kartheek Kattekola:

I’m writing this after getting bad experience from airtel executive and customer care. Following is the background story
We were migrated from Vi in the month of December where I was offered One airtel pack (Rs 899) for 2 voice and data connections (9000088627 & 9052573573), 1 for data connection (7075984170) + DTH (Rs 413).
Now I realised that one of my number (9052573573) not yet linked and got a separate bill for the same. Where I already paid 1079 bill for overall pack.
I called the agent who processed my connection request. He was asking me to pay the bill so that he would adjust it in next couple of months. Which is wrong from their end. Why would I pay when they made a mistake.
I called customer care (121). Funny thing was; agent was saying that the plan which mentioned doesn’t even exist and blaming the agent who processed my application. It was not really helpful.
Please help me to resolve this and save my hard earning money
