Text of Complaint by Tipu:

I booked a bus ticket for my son sai abhyankkar 17 yrs old through Redbus in mrm travels from chennai to salem new bus stand on 12/08/2022 around 11:30pm from ashok pillar chennai the actual arrival time at salem was 05:00am but due to some reason it was delayed by 5 hrs and the craziest thing was they asked me to get down in kondalampatti and asked me to take a cab instead of dropping me in salem new bus stand..This is sheer arrogance and unethical behaviour when i tried to call the red bus customer care there was no option to reach any of their executives..Their was no tracking information or any response from the drivers too or any information about the delay…as a parent we were totally worried and lost our sleep and patience because of these reasons..These ppl should be punished
