Text of Complaint by Sradhaspad Giri:

We had booked the hotel on Aug 2nd,2023 by paying an advance of 10% for date of 12 Aug-15 Aug 2023, Which is asked by the salesperson of Fab Hotel Mr. Arun Kumar (Mob:8307294119). He has shared a payment link from his official email. Where the total quotation was 13000 for two hotels ( 3 Nights and 4 days). We have availed the service on the 1st day which was booked for 1 day. The second hotel has denied providing the room service. Where we have to suffer almost the full day as it is peak time in OOTY. We couldn’t get the hotel, at last, we got a room for 10K for one day and Second day We had to pay 3.5K. We have been mentally harassed by them for getting a room. Even they couldn’t arrange another hotel as well. I was there with my family and old parents. We had to suffer a lot for getting another hotel/room.

Still after 48hrs and till now they have not provided any resolution/refund. My booking details:-8K0TZV
