Hi,

I had visited Sangeetha mobiles on Devaraj Urs Road, Mysore on the 18th of March 2021 for checking a Samsung s21 ultra model mobile. I was told by the person there and he convinced me to buy the phone claiming it to be 0% interest EMI on by debit card. Post swiping the card for a Re. 1 transaction, he claimed remaining amount will be converted into an EMI. After swiping the card, I got the message that I have been charged 20% interest for this. Seeing this, the employee there said he can void the transaction and said will be done soon and the EMI would be getting deducted. Based on his talks, I did not purchase the phone but till date the EMI is hitting my account on the 5th of every month and I am paying in an EMI of 8892.87/- INR every month. I have been trying to contact Sangeetha but they stopped responding to my phones and emails. I have the proof of all emails and also the transaction receipt with me.

I wonder as to how come the company when doing an accounts closure are seeing an extra amount in their account which is unaccounted and are still fine with it. Due to this bad management of theirs, I am paying in the EMI just to ensure my CIBIL score does not get hit. So paying EMI without even buying their product is in for a big time fraud and cheating. I am physically and mentally too depressed to pay up this amount every month and seek some help on this very soon.
