This is to your notice that i have made a recharge of rs 279 on my number 7838828179 on 27 dec 2018 post which i have never received any facilities which was there in this pack also my outgoing was stoped . I called the customer care where in the first executive informed me that this pack will get activated within 24 hrs but again i was made fool as nothing got activated and still i was facing problem for outgoing calls then again i have approached Customerservice where another lady attended my call and she surprised me by informing that the recharge i have done it is not valid for my number which was strange as its written nowhere that u have to use only specific packs..still i asked to cancel my pack and she assured my that within 24 hrs i will receive my refund but till date nothing has happened its been more than a week. Again then i wrote a complaint to Vodafone where in I received a call from executive who was rude also he denied for reversal instead said that they will give me talktime deducting gst but my question is why i will agree as after deducting gst it will be 236 rs why i should bear losses for the thing i didnt do. Also why there executives are committing wrong things to me.
I would say you tht vodafone have pathetic services niether network is working nor they give better servicesRegards
