As reference to the below attachment I Girja would like to inform you that on 14.07.22 I did a Paytm postpaid transaction to a number i.e 8696794919 of Rs. 4000 which was deducted to my Paytm postpaid account but the receiver didn’t get the amount.
The above matter has been raised in front of the Paytm officer and Nodal officer many times but they didn’t give me proper response.
The below attached documents proved that the receiver still has not received the payment yet .
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
