I have ordered a TCL 65 INCH LED TV through online on an app call “salerefurbished” or RS .25999.
Through the portal I failed the payment using my debit card on emi basis.
On next day I received a call from 091189 37765 this number for asking payment by providing a razorpay link.i checked is this number with the number on that online app,it was same.
And I ask them for an emi basis payment and they provided with a razorpay link of RS 5000 and I done the payment.In between they were continuously calling for making payment and said the product will deliver on Tuesday,I believe them.
On Monday to confirm I again call them and they firmly said the product will arrive.but on Monday when I call them about update they were not responding to my calls and mails. I found that I am cheated.still I am calling them but not attending my calls.
So please take an action against this online business platform and help me to refund my money otherwise they will continue their activities to other people also.
