We had booked 3 rooms through Fabhotels helpline on 4th Feb 2023 and made the advance payment through google pay. When we reached the location shared by fab hotels team, there was no such hotel. We contacted fab hotels customer care multiple times and they are saying they didn’t receive any payment. We shared the payment screenshot over mail and contacted them again. Now they say the property is closed. But at the time of booking they didn’t mention this. Now we are stranded here at the location (at 11:20pm) shared by them with our 84 year old grandmother and these guys are just saying excuses.
