purchased mobile amounting to 75000/- from croma additional facility was provided along with this purchase for repairing of any 5 appliance by their service tie up zopper. however we suffered for 3 months due to this service provider who cheated us by charging for for parts in washing machine which was actually in working condition. three technitions provided replacement of three different parts and washing machine could not be used for almost two months and this was in possession with a senior citizen causing hardships in manual washing of clothes during pandemic time and putting her to risk due to corona infection due to multiple technitions visiting for the same washing machine. though the amount fraudulently charged was refunded due to croma interference , zopper agreed to repair 2 mobile as a friendly gesture to compensate for the harassment caused to us. but they did not repair even one mobile and the mobiles which were in working condition when collected from our end was returned back as dead/useless. action to be initiated against zopper seniors who were involved this issue
