The order was showing incomplete status and the customer service said that the refund is in process but after sometime when I ordered another food they accepted the order and assigned the delivery agent and are not refunding my money also I didn’t get the food.
This was the worst experience for me and I request everyone to not to waste time on this app.
Swiggy is way better than this there service is real good.
