I have purchased a Louis Vuitton Handbag from Brandmart site on August 12th 2022 for Rs. 2,999/- as it was showing 50% sale offer for 75th Independence day. Thought it was genuine. Read some reviews on the site which said ‘good service and quality’
I have received a handbag which is not worth of Rs. 100/ on 18th August evening. 19th August morning I have requested for return of this cheap item and asked for refund. I have sent a mail, and through Whatsapp (they have given Whatsapp no on the site) I am asking them for refund since 24th of August (to my initial Whatsapp msg, i got automated reply saying ‘refund will be processed within a week hence waited for sometime). Till today no refund and whenever I send message through Whatsapp I get a same automated message. Now I understood its a scam. Somebody please help. Thanks you
