I have deactivated my postpaid vodafone number in July. I am asking for pdf proof of pending bill . I haven’t received any pdf . I just received calls from multiple 3rd party people stating the bill.
Instead of providing the bill they just keep on increasing the amount which is totally unfair and frustrating.
Till date I haven’t received any pdf proof. I have just received calls stating my bill which keeps on increasing. And in every call they say they will mail the pdf but none of them have done so.
This is total cheating from Vodafone.
Kindly look into it and do the needful.
