Myself kirthan kumar, on 08.06.2022 night I had booked the hotel room via goibibo website from 08.06.2022 to 09.06.2022. The cost rent was Rs. 1556/-. When I reached the hotel location, hotel name was changed from hotel royal plaza to hotel royal stay. The hotel manager didnot allow me to check in. So, I called the customer care to know the facts. Goibibo customer care executive said, he gonna arrange for a alternate hotel, for which he asked me to keep my call on hold for 2min. Without answering my queries, he disconnected the call. So on 09.05.2022 I raised a complaint in goibibo website. They replied saying issue will be resolved with 48hrs. Till date, no resolution from the service provider. I need a quick action on this kind cheating the customer.
