Kindly note that i had been holding the Vodafone Mobile number 9811845511 name in the name of Capt pukhraj Sharma from past over 10 years.
Due to my usage & relationship with Vodafone i was put on priority /privelaged vodafone customer list.
In July 2021 due to the poor connectivity issues being faced by me for over an year of my complaints,i decided to switch over to airtel for better services.
On 6th July i requested a port out & paid an outstanding payment of Rs 355.72 (attached screenshot) thus making the the outstanding amount on my number to 0.0(Nil).

I kept enjoying the services of Airtel under the One Family Plan & continued to make the payments to airtel as & when the bill were generated.
During the month of August i decided to avail the International roaming on my Airtel Number 9811845511 & was happily using the services untill begining of september when i was in South africa & UAE.
In mid september 2021 i noticed that my sim card was not working & complained to Airtel over their customer care who confirmed that there was no issue with my Sim Card.
Since the issue was not resolved & i continued to be out of india for long due to covid situation,i asked my wife to visit the Vodafone store & was shocked & surprised to hear that Vodafone has made my sim card Invalid as there was some outstanding payments due on number 9811845511(Pls refer to attached screenshot on outstanding payments as ZERO)
Now vodafone is asking me to pay another 2000 rs as premium charge since the number is of premium category to have my services restored.
I very respectfully advise vodafone to Reissue this number without charging me a single extra penny as i had cleared all the pending dues to vodafone before porting the number to Airtel.
(No Port is allowed if there was any outstanding against my number.)
This has lead to a lot of discomfort & pain and agony,apart from Monetary losses due to my number loosing its services & due to wrong action taken by Vodafone.
